2023 Jam Out T-Shirt
The 2nd Annual Jam Out shirt is here!!! Neil himself is represented from one of his concerts, jamming to the guitar.
Black, high end unisex t-shirt, soft and runs true to size so if you want it roomy, order up a size.
You can either have the shirt shipped to you for a fee (sorry - that’s the postal price!) or you can choose pick up for FREE and we will arrange for pick up or delivery in the KOP area.
For orders received by 7/16 we will do our best to fulfill the order by the Jam Out. For orders received after that date, there may be a two week wait time.
All net proceeds go to our charitable programs including the Neil C. Patel Music Therapy Program, B Positive Blood Drive Awareness and Be-A-Knight Scholarships!!!
